When organising your event you can choose from 13 reception rooms with a capacity of 10 to 800 people. As well, we have over 40 breakout rooms (boxes) with a capacity of 5 to 32 people. Besides the congress centre we also have a gourmet restaurant located in the business seats, which can be completely hired out. Moreover, delicious lunches are served here during the week (available to everyone).

We would be glad to make a proposal for your seminar, congress, exhibition, product launch, press conference, office party, reception, buffet, gala, wedding, etc. The congress centre has 850 free private parking spaces next to the stadium.

Large or small, any type of event can be catered for at the Saint-Guidon congress centre:

  • A total of 13 reception rooms with natural light: 2500 standing room capacity, 1800 seats
  • 40 breakout rooms, with a capacity of 5 to 32 people
  • Largest room: maximum of 500 seats, 800 standing room capacity
  • Other rooms: 30 to 250 seats

 

Answer to your question

Nothing may be sold during an event without prior consultation with a contact person at Saint-Guidon (jimmy.vangoolen@saint-guidon.be).

Invoices can only be sent to the addresses stipulated in the contract. 

Multiple addresses, specific payees/companies or invoicing division must all be stipulated in the contract and cannot be demanded at a later date. 

All our invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date. Furthermore, any default in payment entitles Saint-Guidon N.V. to increase the invoice amount by 15% without formal notice according to penal law. 

The required prior formalities necessary for certain events, such as the application to SABAM for example, must be taken care of by the client who must also take care of all related costs, taxes and payments.

As regards sound levels, the client/organiser must ensure that the legally allowed number of decibels is not exceeded.  

Music may be played at private functions. For events open to the public you must first submit an application to SABAM (Belgian Association of Authors, Composers and Publishers) and then submit it to Saint-Guidon.

A secure cloakroom and a toilet attendant will be charged as extra.

We need to be informed of the estimated number of participants one week before the event date. The number of participants must be confirmed in writing no later than 48 hours before  the event. This number will serve as the minimum basis for invoicing purposes.

Clients may use the car parks as well as the former training grounds for their events. The first division’s football pitch may not be use.

If you inform us of a cancellation within 48 hours before the event , we will invoice you for 100% of the event. If you inform us between 48 hours and 20 days before the event, we will invoice you for 30% of the event.

For lunches served after 18:00 and dinners served after midnight, personnel overtime costs shall be invoiced per hour, based on current rates.

The prices listed are valid for three months, as of the quotation date, after which the prices may be amended. The rates will then match those that apply on the day of your event.

Saint-Guidon N.V. cannot be held liable for any damages or theft to goods stored or displayed by the organiser. Saint-Guidon N.V. therefore advises clients to have adequate insurance and provide event headquarters during their event. The organiser is responsible for damages they or their guests cause during the event. The Saint-Guidon N.V. management retains the right to cancel a contract in the event of force majeure (strike, fire, water damage, etc.). Saint-Guidon N.V. cannot be held liable for the loss of personal items if they weren’t handed in (with a ticket provided) at the cloakroom or reception. 

Clients are responsible for their guests’ behaviour and are liable for any damages caused by them.
